Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anu One, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy carefully before initiating a request.


Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 1: Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Ship the Product

Once your return request is approved:

  • Ship the product within 5 days of receiving approval.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Anu One.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

After receiving the returned product:

  • We will inspect the item for eligibility.
  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return eligibility criteria.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be free from any damage caused after delivery.
  • Reach us within the approved return period.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days after successful inspection.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the issue.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
